You know the types…
A show over here… a homie has a show going on over there… you gotta pick between the two… the nights are stacked.
Well, although this weekend does provide some musical loveliness, I wouldn’t say it’s music heavy.
What there is a good handful of is art shows. And good ones! And, the best news is that they are on different nights. Oh, and they are both centrally located in the valley. OH!, and they are FREE.
You never knew life could be this sweet to you, did you!?!
Just kidding, but in all seriousness, there are some really good art shows going on this weekend that I really encourage you all to make it out to. Friday night I recommend you hit up Cristopher Chichocki’s show at the Walter N. Mark’s Center for the Arts located in the College of the Desert’s campus. On Saturday night, I recommend going to Phillip Smith’s show at Royale Projects in Indian Wells. And on Sunday you can even hit up the Palm Springs Art Museum for their latest glass exhibition + modern photography… it looks really good.
And to all the sk8rz and sk8r h8rz out there… I haven’t forgotten about you guys. Here is something for you to work on this weekend.
Let the shredding begin…
