Happy Thanksgiving.

If you are reading this then most likely you are spending your Thanksgiving here in the Coachella Valley.  And more likely then not, you are enjoying time with your loved ones and this oh-so-glorious weather.  Thanksgiving in the Coachella Valley is… excuse me for lack of a better word… swag.

Since Thanksgiving/Black Friday is all about consumption (in one way or another), we decided to go the complete opposite this week with our Things 2 Do Thursday post.  Below are just a few list of events, not every single one in the valley.  This is more refined, defined, and will save you time.  The events below are late night parties that we are really going to be at/support.  Our readers are like our extended family members, we only want the best for ya (and to mob deep wherever we go!).

Check out the event listings below…. *take special note of the World Famous party this Saturday!  That one is hosted by me (The Coachella Valley Art Scene) and Alf Alpha!!! It’s a dance and craft party and a great way to end the weekend with your loved ones.

Our good friends at the Ace understand what it is to the be the black sheep…. way funner!

Thanksgiving in the desert = reunions at bars.  Literally.

This is going to be gnar gnar gnar!!!

Another all aged event, but this one is on the East side of town.  Pick your poison.  If you feel like Rock n’ Roll – head over to the Date Shed in Indio… if you feel like Dub/Bass/Electronic – head over to the Palm Springs Convention Center.

Yay!!! World Famous!  This The CVAS’s monthly party that we seriously LOVE throwing.  It brings me joy from within to see all the CVAS party-people in the house, dance the night away, crafting crazy party favors, drinking one too many, and just enjoying one another in a great atmosphere to the rocking sounds of Alf Alpha.  This event is FREE!  It starts at 10:00pm and The Coachella Valley Art Scene will be in the hhhiiiiiiiiizzzooouuusssee!!!!  RSVP here: http://www.facebook.com/events/279365128769851/

Thank you to everyone who continues to support the CVAS.  It is seriously hard to express how grateful we are for your readership via text/blog.  However, this is our attempt at it.  Can you feel the love pumping from our laptop into yours?!?!  It’s real.  😉  Have fun this weekend, guys.  And please feel free to email me with any ideas: thecoachellavalleyartscene@gmail.com
