The Coachella Valley Improv/Comedy Festival is a 3-day event consisting of:
– Friday night reception honoring luminaries for their contribution to the art form
– Saturday and Sunday daytime workshops
– Afternoon and evening performances

The Coachella Valley Improv/Comedy Festival was created to help fulfill the mission statement of the Indio Performing Arts Center, a 501c3 non-profit public benefit organization.
Our aims and objectives are to provide everyone in the Coachella Valley and beyond with an equal opportunity to appreciate the experience and cultural diversity that live theatre provides.
We believe that the arts are the fulfillment of human aspirations and shall therefore provide a variety of affordable entertainment events to all audiences which will encourage community participation and stimulate educational programs.
