If you were planning on being in Palm Springs this Thursday for the Street Fair, and/or the free Palm Springs Art Museum hours, and/or the Palm Springs Art Museum Architecture + Design Center free entrance hour from 4pm-8pm, and/or RoboLights etc etc… then you might as well check out the Walking Tour of the INNS while you’re at it!
I had the opportunity to do this a while back and loved it. It’s a fun, funky, free event to partake in while strolling through Palm Springs on a Thursday night. It’s perfect for those seeking design inspiration, and also can be doubled as research for yourself to be a great resource for all of your “out-of-town friends”. Next time they ask you where to stay at while in town you will be able to point them in the right direction.
The Walking Tour of the INNS allows you to walk around the properties, sometimes in the rooms, sample their snacks and drank their drinks. Don’t forget to bring a toy to donate to Well in the Desert.
They (my iPhone) say it’s going to rain on Thursday night… but if we all bring umbrellas as a “back up” it probably won’t. Know what I mean?!? C’mon, it’s Palm Springs, it doesn’t REALLY rain around here…
