Installation now available for viewing at the Palm Springs Art Museum!
This week the 2010 Artist-in-Residence Phillip K. Smith, III completed his intricate wall installation. Called Aperture, the work features geometric shapes illuminated by a changing light system. The work will be on display through Dec. 19 in Zone 101 in the Hoover Gallery. P.S. Phil just emailed me and told me that they are currently tweaking the LED lights and will fully program the lighting in a couple of weeks when they get a mixing board for the LED’s. Sounds sweet!
